GOLF TOURNAMENT
Our 9th annual golf tournament is scheduled for Tuesday, September 26th at the Rocky River Golf Club in Concord, NC, next to Embassy Suites. Flight departments, owners and operators, and aviation vendors will attend this all day event.
We have a number of sponsorship opportunities available which include the traditional tee box branding, skill challenges as well as refreshment cart, dinner and lunch sponsorships. If you are not a golfer, please join us for cocktails and dinner on the patio at the Embassy Suites. Whether you play in the tournament or network at the dinner, we believe you will find excellent value with this event.
The Embassy Suites Charlotte-Concord has discounted CAPA rates of $169 per night for attendees. Rooms can be booked online using the booking link below.

Awards Dinner Sponsorship - $7,000 - SOLD
Includes logo on website and event signage, recognition, the opportunity to speak at the dinner and two dinner tickets.
Refreshment Cart Sponsorship - $5,000 (2 carts) - SOLD
The refreshment cart sponsor underwrites the refreshment cart services during the tournament. In return, the sponsor will receive a sign on the cart, logo on the website and event signage, recognition at the dinner and one lunch and dinner ticket.
Shirt/Vest Sponsor —$4,000 SOLD
